Day of Surgery

On the day of your surgery you may be receiving one type of anesthetic or a combination depending on what your Anesthesiologist decides is the best for you.

Examples of combinations include:

• Epidural with General Anesthesia

• Spinal Anesthesia with Sedation (Subarachnoid block and Monitored Anesthetic Care)

• Nerve Block with Sedation or General Anesthesia
